The Fields in vCards in iPod

Fields of vCards in iPod: In the iPod, certain vCards fields can be displayed that follows the vCard 2.1 and 3.0 format. The iPod software can display information from the following vCard fields:

  • fn – The formatted name of the contact (how it is sorted)
  • n – The name of the contact as it will appear in the Contact
  • adr & add – The contact’s address/addresses
  • tel – The contact’s telephone number/numbers
  • email – The email address of the contact
  • title – The title of the contact
  • org – The company name of the contact
  • url – The Web address of the contact
  • note – Notes on the contact
