How to Use vCard Converter Software?

Open SysTools vCard Export . Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools vCard Export » SysTools vCard Export. Software will display the following screen:

Select Outlook PST file. Choose Default Outlook Contacts and click on Scan Outlook Contacts button

If you want to export contacts from some other PST file then choose Select Other Outlook File, after this Browse button will be activated, Click on that Browse button to select Outlook PST file

After Clicking on Browse button following screen appears:

Choose or select Outlook PST file and Click on Open button.

Now Click on Scan Outlook Contacts button from the following screen:

Then software will display "Select Folder" screen as shown below:

Now Choose the PST file, click on Contacts folder of the selected PST file and Click on OK button. then software starts scanning the Outlook PST File as shown in the following figure:

Now vCard Export Software will display one message box showing number of contacts recovered after scanning the selected PST file as shown below:

Now click on Save Contacts button to convert Outlook contacts to vCard file, WAB file & MS Excel file from the following screen:

vCard Export will now display following screen:

vCard Export provides you to save contacts in vCard format, Windows Address Book (WAB ) file format and in MS Excel file. Select the conversion format whichever you want to. Then click on Start Conversion button to convert Windows Address Book to Outlook Contacts.

• Save Outlook Contacts to vCard File
• Save Outlook Contacts to Windows Address Book (WAB) file
• Save Outlook Contacts to MS Excel File
  
  

Then choose the conversion format and click on Start Conversion button. Suppose you have selected vCard file as your conversion format. Saving Outlook contacts to vCard involves two option i.e.

• Single vCard File (All Contacts in one .VCF file)
• Separate vCard File (Saves single .VCF file for each contact)
  

If you want to save one single vCard file for all the contacts PST file then choose Single vCard File or if you want to save each Outlook contacts in one separate vCard file then choose Separate vCard File from the following box and click on Start Conversion button.

After this Browse for Folder screen appears to locate the location to save vCard files as shown below:

Now choose the location where you want to save the contacts and click on OK button from the following box:

After converting MS Outlook Contacts to vCard file, the software will display you the number of contacts exported successfully as shown below:
